About WeFLO: weflo.in - is an exclusive women-only job portal for women in Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh, a special initiative of the FICCI FLO JK&L Chapter, championed by its chairperson Ms. Ruchika Gupta (2024-25) and powered by the Model Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), Jammu.
weflo.in is a timely initiative to help unleash socio-economic growth in the Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh regions through wider participation of women. It is a not-for-profit community platform allowing businesses, corporate houses and SMEs to attract and recruit top women talent for open positions in their organizations.
About FICCI FLO: FICCI FLO is the largest chamber of commerce for women in Southeast Asia, engaged in policy advocacy, women empowerment and initiatives for social change.
FICCI FLO JK&L is the 18th chapter in India and one of the newest. Its members comprise women leaders from diverse backgrounds with serious professional and social accomplishments to their credit. In a short time the chapter has carved a niche for itself in the region with its highly impactful programs and initiatives.
