- Supervise research projects and guide students in their research endeavors.
Academic Leadership and Administration:
- Provide leadership in the development and enhancement of academic programs within the department.
- Participate in academic committees and contribute to institutional governance.
- Mentor junior faculty members and support their professional growth.
Community Engagement and Outreach:
- Engage in outreach activities to promote Civil Engineering education and research to the broader community.
- Foster collaborations with other academic institutions, industry partners, and professional bodies.
- Engage in professional development through participation in workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance the institution's visibility and influence in the field.
