Quality Assurance and Enhancement:

• Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance frameworks and strategies.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updating of quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic and administrative activities.
• Promote the institutionalization of best practices in teaching, learning, evaluation, and governance.
• Conduct internal quality audits and develop reports for continuous improvement.

Accreditation and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with guidelines from national and international accreditation bodies (e.g., NAAC, NBA etc.).
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of self-assessment reports and other documents related to accreditation and quality audits.
• Monitor and review progress in achieving quality benchmarks set by accrediting bodies and regulatory agencies.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Establish and manage the data collection processes for monitoring institutional performance.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for internal assessments and external agencies.
• Develop and manage the institution’s Management Information System (MIS) for quality assurance purposes.

Capacity Building and Training:

• Organize workshops, seminars, and training programs for faculty and administrative staff on quality enhancement topics.
• Encourage the adoption of innovative pedagogical practices and the use of technology to improve academic standards.

Strategic Planning and Policy Development:

• Contribute to the strategic planning process by incorporating quality benchmarks in the institution’s short and long-term plans.
• Collaborate with academic leaders to integrate quality improvement initiatives into the institutional policy framework.
• Develop and review institutional policies that impact the quality of academic and administrative operations.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Act as a liaison between the institution and external quality assurance bodies.
• Engage with faculty, students, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to drive a culture of quality awareness and enhancement.
• Communicate quality assurance outcomes and recommendations to the senior management and governing bodies.

Continuous Improvement:

• Initiate, support, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Establish systems for feedback collection from students, faculty, alumni, and other stakeholders to assess the institution’s performance.
